With bassist Jáchym Bašek in the role of creator, arranger and producer Artsiders offer great original music. In addition to Olda Smysl, an experienced singer and band leader, they form a rhythmic tandem with drummer Tomas Makovsky, known from the band Žáha, which at the peak of its fame played in front of James Brown himself at his Prague concert. Guitarist Tomáš Pecka and keyboardist Jakub Žídek represent the young generation of Czech musicians and bring a fresh wind to the group. Artsiders is not only a philosophy and great music, but also a bunch of musicians who enjoy what they do and whose playing also entertains people.
